Now, when I ask them I don't need the wordpress package as I have no use of it. Because of their system saying "If one pakage is suspended, you many not cancel other package", I was not able to cancel the useless wordpress package.
When it was time to cancel the package, they send me mail that there were some problem with my Linux package, and they suspend the linux package. But this is where they crossed the limit. I had to pay the money for 1 year without actually using it. When I ask them to increase the size they said they cannot increase it. They sold a wordpress package in cheap, but they restrict maximum upload size of the workpress website.

Now I do not do bank transfers to pay for a service that I have not yet received as I have no backup from my bank should Strato not give me the service so so it looks like I will be using a new service provider from now on. however they inform me that my card payment has failed and I need to update my card details. Been using this service provider since 2009.
